My cleaners are late what should i do ?
We work hard to make sure our team arrive on time, but due to unforeseen circumstances, (traffic, vehicle broke down, family emergency) our team can be late. My Cleaners doesnot showe up , what hsould I do ?
Please call us immediately at 773 747 2475 , during our normal business hours M-F ( 7-5) and Sat from 7-12 pm, so we can resolve it ASAP.
I was told or estimated 2 hours but my cleaners need more time to finish a job?
Any price estimates are based on SKYMAIDS prior experience, without inspection, and based on information provided by the Customer.
If at the commencement or during the course of providing the Service, it is apparent that the actual cost of the Service will exceed the quote provided by SKYMAIDS Inc, SKYMAIDS Inc will provide the Customer with the option to pay an increased fee to complete the service or pay the quoted amount without the service being completed.
I am not happy with a quality of my service?

No questions ask just simply fillout service complaint form ( see Help > File a claim or Complaint form) within 48 hours form your service date and we will reclean your home free of charge.
