Guarantee of service

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, notify us within 48 hours of your cleaning and we will re-clean that particular area that was not cleaned properly at no additional charge within 48 hours of your notice. Any areas that were not cleaned during the cleaning session are not covered under our 48-hour guarantee. No money back. No refunds. Cleaning must be scheduled within a week for the service completion date. Customer must chose first 3 available appointments. Complaints must be submitted through our website complain form. The guarantee is not valid if the customer was notified by Skymaids that it is not enough time to clean properly customer home, but customer declined additional time, no exceptions.
The guarantee will be voided if  another contractor on the site is performing work after Skymaids complete a service. 
The guarantee will be voided for 1st time customers if they are not at home to inspect the service performance  provided by Skymaids. 
Re -cleaning is a subject to availability and can't be more than one ( 1) Hour 1 maid or 30 minutes 2 maids .Our guarantee is not valid if other work crews or contractors are on-site, performing work. 

Cancellation or rescheduling policy

We request a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice! If for any reason, you have to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please call us immediately. We are very strict about our 24 hour cancellation policy, please honor it! Less than 24 hours cancellations will be charged on the amount of $46! 

We will charge a $46 fee: 1.) If you, the customer, call our office after business hours, after 7:00 p.m., and leave a message to cancel the appointment; 2.) If our staff show up at your doorsteps and for any reason not able to clean your home. (Example: a locked door, the construction crew is not finished and you the customer have to turn them away) No exceptions!

Privacy and Security policy

We guarantee full discretion and security. We agree not to duplicate our customer’s keys; upon cancellation, we return the keys within five business days. We do not share or sell our customers' information with third parties. We only use the information you provide to contact you about our services.
