Email or Voicemail does not cancel or reschedule your service. Customer must complete our cancellation or rescheduling form located on the top of the page in the right corner. Please understand, that we sometimes receive a high volume of calls, emails and voice mails and sometimes we need hours or a day to get trough all the emails and voice mails. So if you cancel your appointment by sending us an email or left a voicemail there will be a lot of chances that your appointment wont be cancelled. Emails or voice mails can be lost , but those forms go directly to us. Also if you fill out your form after business hours but your appointment is a next day morning, there is no way for us to cancel your appointment in such a short notice.
Dear customers, we realize that sometimes things come up and you may have to cancel or reschedule service. If you need to reschedule or cancel a service, please try to do so 24 hours in advance. Please understand that if you cancel with less than 24 hours, we will lose that time frame and our employees their hours. It is almost impossible to put another customer in that time frame slot in such of short period of time Please understand that by sending an email or leaving a voice mail does not cancel your appointment.
